Bio
Case Baumgarten, Visual Artist

2019- Baumgarten Studio, Lead Sculpture Artist
Case Baumgarten was born in Charlotte, NC. His work has exhibited in private and public collections and museums across the U.S. and abroad, including at the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, Lexicon Gallery in Charlotte, and CICA Museum in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. In 2021, Case exhibited his first solo show at Anne Neilson Fine Art Gallery. His work has been published in the Charlotte Observer, QC Exclusive, and LuxLifestyle-Magazine. In 2018, Case received the Alfred E. Steck Memorial Prize from the Corcoran College of Art + Design for proficiency in Sculpture. Case currently lives and works in Pineville, NC, where he practices his artistry and teaches art classes in a private studio that houses welders, kilns, furnaces, and woodworking equipment.
