Case Baumgarten was born in Charlotte, NC in 1996. He received his BFA from George Washington University in 2018. Case has exhibited in the Us and abroad, including shows at the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, Lexicon Gallery in Charlotte, and CICA Museum in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. In 2021, Case exhibited his first solo show at Anne Neilson Fine Art Gallery, in Charlotte, NC. His work has been published in the Charlotte Observer, QC Exclusive and LuxLifestyle-Magazine. In 2018, Case received the Alfred E. Steck Memorial Prize from the Corcoran College of Art + Design for proficiency in Sculpture. Case currently lives and works in Pineville, NC, where he practices his artistry in a private studio that houses welders, kilns, furnaces and woodworking equipment.
